What I'm soaking up today: Books, podcasts and reading lists

I'm super obsessed with nutrition. I listen to podcasts about it, I read about it all the time and I'm particularly obsessed with any evidence-based information about links between food and allergies (or any health condition really). Here's what I've been listening to/reading lately.

Susannah Meadow's The Other Side of Impossible was an inspiring look at people who have suffered so much from just their health. I felt like I could really relate to all their stories.
